My stay at this hotel was overall good. The rooms were clean, and I had a garden view with 2 double beds. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit old, but the service is excellent. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive to Kata Beach and not far from Karon. The games room could use an update, though.

The hotel rooms were beautiful and so comfortable to stay in, everything we had hoped for. However, we had an issue with flooding in the room every single night. The rooms are extremely spacious, functional, comfortable, and simple. The service was very professional with a friendly approach, going beyond the average in this country. The location is very favorable during hot days and excellent for the beach, only 5 minutes away. The dining experience was good, but there was a noticeable degradation compared to a previous stay. The facilities are well-maintained.
